Company History

Arviso Construction is a Navajo family owned business and was founded in 1982 by Olsen Arviso Sr. Throughout his career, he referred to his clients as "respected friends." The company quickly built a reputation for integrity, teamwork, and commitment.

These values remain true today and are the reason we were able to celebrate our 27th anniversary. This is a milestone which all of us at Arviso Construction are very proud.

Arviso Construction is recognized as a leader in the industry. Our position and strength enables the company to provide additional value to our clients and opportunities for our employees.

Our office is located in Iyanbito, New Mexico. (12 miles East of Gallup, NM)

Company Size & Staff

As a local 100% Navajo-Owned business we have established relationships with many subcontractors in the local area and currently have a subcontractor data base of over 250 firms.

The staff of Arviso exceeds 20 construction managers, superintendents, estimators, cost accountants and supporting staff. Our total employment is contingent upon projects underway and ranges up to 50 people on a single project.

Capacity

With the track record of a large volume of work and capacity, Arviso has the staff and ability to respond to the fluctuating needs of the design, estimating and building CMAR process.

It is the commitment of Arviso to staff projects with experienced and capable personnel that are available to give the necessary time and attention on any project.

Licenses

Arviso is licensed in the states of New Mexico and Arizona.

Arviso has been certified with the Navajo Nation Business Regulatory for over 26 years as a priority one controlled business on the Navajo Reservation.
